Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Walleno.ae. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Items showing signs of installation, cutting, or custom alterations cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Customized or made-to-order wallpaper
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, clearance, or discounted items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@walleno.ae and return it to the address provided below.

6. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at contact@walleno.ae to receive the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
